This individual serves as the central hub of Spark Lab, managing all external communications with our customers and community partners, while driving our growth through creative marketing and staff coordination.______________________Key Responsibilities1. Operations, Customer &amp; Partner Communications<ul><li>Primary Liaison: Act as the face of Spark Lab for all stakeholders. Greet guests and families with a warm, professional attitude.</li><li>Parent Communications: Manage student check-ins, tracking attendance, and proactively communicating schedule updates, holiday closures, and center news.</li><li>Enrollment &amp; Logistics: Handle new student registrations, cancellations, and the management of makeup credits.</li><li>Community Partnership: Handle communication and working with our local community and business partners.</li><li>Scheduling: Build and manage weekly instructor schedules based on staff availability and student enrollment.</li></ul>2. Marketing &amp; Digital Presence<ul><li>Online Presence Management: Create, curate, and schedule engaging content for Facebook and Instagram, while keeping our website and blog updated with fresh content and center news.</li><li>Graphic Design &amp; Media: Use tools like Canva to design promotional materials. Capture and perform basic editing of photos/videos for social content.</li><li>Event Planning: Set up and promote our monthly workshops and special events.</li></ul>______________________Qualifications<ul><li>Professional Experience: Preferred experience in marketing, sales, account management, or lead generation.</li><li>Interpersonal Skills: Highly energetic, enthusiastic, and confident personality. Comfortable with face-to-face outreach and phone communication.</li><li>Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills for parent interaction, professional networking, and social media copywriting.</li><li>Creative Mindset: Strong attention to detail with a flair for design (Canva) and basic photo/video editing skills.</li><li>Self-Starter: Strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently on outreach projects.</li><li>Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with scheduling software, social media platforms, and website CMS (e.g., WordPress/Wix).</li><li>Organizational Ninja: Ability to juggle multiple administrative tasks and outreach projects simultaneously.</li><li>Passion for Education: A genuine interest in STEM and helping kids succeed.</li></ul>______________________Schedule &amp; Compensation<ul><li>Hours: 16&ndash;30 hours weekly. Shift windows are generally between 2:00 PM &ndash; 7:00 PM on weekdays, with occasional Saturday mornings (10:00 AM &ndash; 2:00 PM).</li><li>Pay: $18 - $20 per hour.</li></ul>Samples of social media work, Canva designs, or video clips are highly encouraged!Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hourWork Location: In person
