We&rsquo;re looking for a hands-on, creative, and technically minded Marketing &amp; Media Manager to help tell our story, grow our online presence, and elevate our brand.Position Overview: This role combines marketing strategy, digital content production, and social media management. You&rsquo;ll be responsible for creating and managing content across multiple platforms (website, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Ads, etc.), producing media that highlights our machines, automation projects, and customer success stories. You&rsquo;ll work closely with our engineering and sales teams to translate technical work into visually engaging and clear marketing materials.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and execute a digital marketing strategy to support sales and brand growth.</li><li>Manage social media accounts and paid ad campaigns (Facebook, Google, LinkedIn).</li><li>Capture and edit photos and videos of machines, builds, and installations.</li><li>Write posts, emails, and web content that clearly communicate technical concepts.</li><li>Maintain and update website content and online store listings.</li><li>Monitor performance metrics and adjust marketing efforts for maximum ROI.</li><li>Collaborate with the engineering and leadership team on new campaigns and product launches.</li><li>Coordinate with external vendors when specialized media or print materials are needed.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>2+ years of experience in marketing, content, or media production (manufacturing experience a plus).</li><li>Strong photo/video shooting and editing skills (Adobe Suite or similar).</li><li>Understanding of Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, and SEO principles.</li><li>Ability to write clearly and confidently about technical or industrial topics.</li><li>Self-starter with creativity, initiative, and excellent organization.</li><li>Experience managing brand identity and maintaining a consistent visual style.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive salary based on experience.</li><li>Flexible, hands-on, creative work environment.</li><li>Exposure to cutting-edge automation and CNC technologies.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
