Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor to join our team in providing exceptional guest experiences at our hotel. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk and conducting night audit duties.Responsibilities - Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner - Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services - Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls and reservations - Perform night audit procedures to reconcile daily transactions - Assist with guest requests and resolve any issues promptly - Maintain a clean and organized front desk areaSkills - Experience in hotel front desk operations or hospitality management - Proficient in phone etiquette and customer service practices - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage for guest interactionsPay: $15.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Hotel Night Audit: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
