Position OverviewWe are seeking two skilled Chandelier Technicians with hands-on experience in cleaning, maintaining, installing and restoring chandeliers of various types and sizes. The ideal candidates have a strong understanding of delicate crystal fixtures, electrical safety, lifting techniques and premium customer service. This role involves working onsite at high-end locations, often at heights, to ensure chandeliers remain in flawless condition.Key ResponsibilitiesChandelier Cleaning and Maintenance<ul><li>Conduct periodic maintenance to ensure structural integrity and optimal lighting performance</li><li>Identify repair needs such as damaged parts, loose fittings or faulty wiring</li><li>Perform detailed cleaning of crystal, glass and metal components</li></ul>Installation and Restoration<ul><li>Assemble, install and safely mount chandeliers of various sizes</li><li>Restore older or damaged chandeliers with precision and attention to detail</li><li>Coordinate with clients or site managers for layout, measurements and installation requirements</li></ul>Safety and Technical Expertise<ul><li>Follow strict safety protocols when working at heights or with fragile components</li><li>Operate lifts, scaffolding and support equipment safely</li><li>Ensure compliance with electrical and safety standards</li></ul>Customer Interaction<ul><li>Deliver exceptional service, respecting client homes and commercial spaces</li><li>Communicate clearly with clients regarding job progress, maintenance recommendations and care instructions</li><li>Provide professional assessments and service reports</li></ul>Required Skills and Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience as a Chandelier Technician or similar specialist role</li><li>Strong knowledge of crystal and luxury lighting fixtures</li><li>Hands-on experience with chandelier installation, cleaning and restoration</li><li>Ability to work at heights using lifts or scaffolding</li><li>Basic electrical understanding is required</li><li>Physically fit with good balance and strength</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship</li><li>Strong communication and professionalism</li><li>Valid UAE residency or willingness to relocate</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience handling large, high-luxury chandeliers in hotels or premium residences</li><li>Training or certification in electrical work, rigging or technical maintenance</li><li>Familiarity with high-end cleaning products and restoration techniques</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary package</li><li>Professional training and career growth opportunities</li><li>Supportive team environment</li><li>Opportunities to work with luxury projects across the UAE</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED2,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
