Role Purpose:To manage and grow the social media presence of Sparkle Child Therapy Centre by creating consistent, informative, and engaging digital content that promotes therapy activities, parent awareness, and centre updates.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Plan, create, and post daily content (photos, videos, captions, stories, reels).</li><li>Maintain brand tone and visual consistency across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).</li><li>Record and edit therapy sessions, events, activities, and awareness videos.</li><li>Manage DM inquiries and comments with professional communication.</li><li>Coordinate with therapists to understand therapy concepts and convert them into understandable content for parents.</li><li>Track engagement, reach, and growth metrics and prepare weekly performance reports.</li><li>Research current trends and apply them appropriately in educational and positive messaging.</li></ul>Required Skills:<ul><li>Strong video and photo editing skills (Reels editing experience required).</li><li>Basic understanding of child therapy terminology (training will be provided).</li><li>Good communication and writing skills for captions and awareness posts.</li><li>Ability to handle creative content independently.</li><li>Consistency, time management, and deadline discipline.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, FresherPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;41,780.92 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
