We are seeking a dependable and skilled Window Washer and/or Pressure Washer to join our team. You will be responsible for professionally cleaning windows, cleaning and restoring a variety of exterior surfaces &mdash; including buildings, sidewalks, driveways, roofs, and other exterior areas &mdash; as well as performing moss treatment and roof cleaning &ndash; while maintaining the highest standards of quality and professionalism.As a growing company, Sparkle Clean Services takes pride in offering employees the chance to build a long-term career with real opportunities for advancement. We deliver high-quality exterior and cleaning services for residential, commercial, and industrial clients, always focused on integrity, professionalism, teamwork, safety, and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Clean interior and exterior windows using professional tools and techniques</li><li>Perform pressure washing on driveways, sidewalks, siding, decks, patios, fences, and other surfaces</li><li>Safely set up and use ladders, extension poles, and pressure washing equipment</li><li>Follow all safety procedures and company standards</li><li>Interact professionally with customers and address questions or concerns</li><li>Maintain equipment, vehicles, and work areas in clean, working condition</li><li>Complete jobs efficiently while maintaining attention to detail</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Previous experience in window washing, pressure washing, or exterior cleaning is preferred but not required (training provided)</li><li>Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions</li><li>Comfortable working on ladders and at heights</li><li>Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform manual labor</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license with a clean driving record</li><li>Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality</li><li>Good communication and customer service skills</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Are you at least 21 years of age? </li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Washington State Driver's License (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
