Job Summary We are seeking diligent and detail-oriented Construction Cleaners to join our team. This role involves performing thorough cleaning of construction sites and newly completed buildings to ensure they meet safety and cleanliness standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the successful completion of construction projects by maintaining a clean and safe workspace.Duties<ul><li>Remove debris, dust, and leftover materials from construction sites and finished spaces</li><li>Clean windows, floors, walls, and fixtures to meet project specifications</li><li>Dispose of waste materials in accordance with safety regulations</li><li>Use cleaning tools and equipment such as vacuums, scrubbers, and pressure washers</li><li>Assist with setup and breakdown of cleaning stations or supplies as needed</li><li>Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment</li><li>Collaborate with construction teams to coordinate cleaning schedules and priorities</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks</li><li>Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively</li><li>Good physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods</li><li>Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within deadlines</li><li>Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various weather conditions</li><li>Prior experience in construction cleaning or general janitorial work is a plus but not required</li><li>Knowledge of safety procedures related to construction sites is advantageous</li></ul>This role is essential for maintaining the safety, cleanliness, and overall quality of construction projects.
