Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated, reliable and energetic Residential and Commercial Cleaner to join our cleaning team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of a variety of residential homes, Airbnbs, post construction, move-in/move-outs and commercial properties. Your efforts will ensure our clients enjoy safe, spotless, and welcoming environments that support our promises. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who take pride in their work, thrive in fast-paced settings, and are committed to delivering exceptional service.Day shift as well as early morning shift available.Part time with future full time positions available.Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.</li><li>Clean restrooms, kitchens, break rooms, and common areas to meet health and safety standards.</li><li>Handle trash/recycle removal and waste disposal efficiently while adhering to recycling guidelines.</li><li>Follow detailed cleaning checklists and procedures to ensure consistency across all properties.</li><li>Take before and after pictures of each clean,</li><li>Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to the appropriate personnel.</li><li>Work with team members to complete cleaning assignments promptly and effectively.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Prior janitorial or custodial experience in residential or commercial settings is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates.</li><li>Hotel Experience a plus</li><li>Demonstrated ability to perform detailed cleaning tasks with precision and efficiency.</li><li>Familiarity with cleaning products, equipment, and safety protocols is preferred.</li><li>Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role.
