Overview Solo litigation attorney with plans to expand the firm in 2026 seeks a paralegal or legal assistant with an entrepreneurial spirit that would be excited to be part of a rapidly growing practice. The ideal candidate will be EXCELLENT at developing and maintaining relationships and rapport with both current and potential clients, and eager to assist in the implementation of marketing and branding efforts to continue to expand the firm's client base.Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage legal case files ensuring all records are accurate, organized, and easily accessible.</li><li>Perform document review and proofreading to verify accuracy and compliance with legal standards.</li><li>Handle data entry tasks related to case details, court filings, and administrative records while maintaining confidentiality.</li><li>Coordinate meetings, court dates, and deadlines through effective project management practices to ensure timely filings and responses.</li><li>Provide executive administrative support including calendar management, phone etiquette, filing, and general clerical duties to facilitate daily office operations.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>General knowledge of litigation and court procedures.</li><li>Exceptional communication skills with professional phone etiquette for interacting with clients and courts.</li><li>Experience supporting attorneys or senior staff within a busy law office setting is preferred.</li><li>E-filing experience.</li><li>Microsoft Word, Excel, and PDF expertise.</li></ul>Benefits available after a probationary period.
