We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Spartan Rehabilitation, an independent physical therapy clinic that provides individualized care to all clients. Our cutting-edge technology, holistic approach, and one-on-one coaching help clients achieve their peak performance. As part of the Spartan Recovery Center, we are committed to supporting and empowering our clients on their journey to a healthier life. The Receptionist will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk, greeting and assisting patients, handling inquiries, and performing administrative duties. This position requires excellent communication skills, multitasking ability, and a passion for fitness and wellness<ul><li>Greet members, guests, and prospective clients with a warm, welcoming attitude.</li><li>Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries regarding membership, services, and programs.</li><li>Schedule appointments for the patients based on the schedules of the physiotherapists.</li><li>Assist in the registration process for new patients and provide facility tours when needed.</li><li>Manage patient check-ins and maintain accurate records of patient attendance for insurance and NHRA requirements.</li><li>Process payments and claims accurately.</li><li>Handle facility-related issues or complaints professionally and escalate to management as needed.</li><li>Keep the front desk area organized, clean, and well-stocked with necessary materials (brochures, forms, etc.).</li><li>Coordinate with Physiotherapists to ensure smooth daily operations.</li><li>Promote a positive and supportive environment for all members and guests.</li></ul>Required Qualifications:<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>0 to 1 year experience in customer service or receptionist roles, preferably in a clinic</li><li>Strong communication skills.</li><li>Ability to multitask and handle various duties in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Friendly and approachable personality with a customer-first attitude.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook is preferred</li><li>Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeLanguage:<ul><li>Arabic (Preferred)</li></ul>
