 We&rsquo;re looking for a motivated Warehouse Manager to take the lead at our Lima, OH facility. In this role, you&rsquo;ll oversee daily warehouse operations, optimize processes, and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional service. If you&rsquo;re a strong leader with a passion for efficiency and teamwork, we want you on our team! This operation is a 24/7 operation, with expected manager office hours of 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.

Requirements:

What You&rsquo;ll Do
As a Warehouse Manager, your responsibilities include:<ul><li>
Overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations, including freight, returns, receiving, and stock control.</li><li>
Leading and developing a high-performing warehouse team to deliver exceptional service.</li><li>
Ensuring accuracy and efficiency in order processing and inventory management.</li><li>
Managing budgets, financial records, and warehouse performance metrics.</li><li>
Upholding safety standards and compliance with regulations.</li><li>
Collaborating with customers and internal teams to optimize operations.</li></ul>
What Makes You a Great Fit?
We&rsquo;re looking for a hands-on leader with strong warehouse experience. Here&rsquo;s what you&rsquo;ll need to succeed:
Education &amp; Experience:
A 2&ndash;4 year degree in a related field and/or at least 5 years of leadership experience in a warehouse setting.
Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>
Expertise in warehouse distribution, including shipping, receiving, forklift operations, and OTIF performance.</li><li>
Strong leadership and team development skills.</li><li>
Excellent communication and time management abilities.</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems.</li><li>
Experience in SAP is preferred.</li><li>
A results-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze performance and drive improvements.</li></ul>
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position directly supervises the CDL Drivers, Customer Service Representatives, Warehouse Associates, and Forklift Operators.
Travel:<ul><li>
Minimal travel is expected for this position.</li><li>
Work Environment &amp; Physical Demands:</li><li>
Ability to lift 10&ndash;20 lbs. and carry 5&ndash;10 lbs.</li><li>
Frequent standing and walking in a warehouse setting.</li><li>
Work in both office and warehouse environments.</li></ul>
