The Maintenance Lead - Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of all maintenance activities within the facility. This position is responsible for scheduling, coordinating, and tracking maintenance requests, inspections, and preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maintain equipment reliability. Additionally, this position will oversee storeroom operations aligned with Spartech procedures to include parts ordering, receiving, inventory control, kitting, parts repiar (internal/external) control and reporting using the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
Essential Job Duties<ul><li>
Schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks, work orders, and repairs in coordination with operations and facility management teams.</li><li>
Maintain records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory usage, and equipment service histories in CMMS system (eMaint).</li><li>
Data analysis to identify mean time to failure, mean time between failure, and mean time to repair critical systems.</li><li>
Manage preventive maintenance programs to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.</li><li>
Coordinate vendor contracts, service agreements, and external maintenance support as needed.</li><li>
Track spare parts inventory and order supplies to maintain adequate stock levels.</li><li>
Assist with budget tracking, cost control, and reporting of maintenance expenditures.</li><li>
Support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to optimize maintenance performance.</li><li>
Communicate effectively with maintenance technicians, supervisors, and other departments to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.</li><li>
Data analysis and development of MRO part inventory min/max levels.</li><li>
Maintain identified critical parts inventories.</li><li>
Identify dead stock and submit opportunities to Maint. Mgr.</li><li>
Quote and submit purchase requisitions for MRO parts as determined by Maint. Mgr.</li><li>
Report Generation from E-Maintenance for cycle counting of parts, and E-Maintenance metrics</li><li>
Evaluate efficiency of Maintenance staff and provide effective data for analyzing of job effectiveness.</li><li>
Ensure compliance with all company safety policies and regulatory requirements.</li></ul> 
Requirements 
Education &amp; Experience<ul><li><ul><li>
Plant experience, HS diploma or GED, Computer skills- MS Office, Excel, Outlook, good verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, problem solving skills.
</li><li>Computerized Maintenance Management systems (E-Maintenance) preferred.</li><li>
Data analysis and report generation</li><li>
Organization and preparation of data reports.</li></ul></li></ul>
Knowledge, Skills &amp; Abilities<ul><li><ul><li>
Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills to motivate teams and collaborate with cross-functional departments</li><li>
Ability to walk, stand, sit for extended periods of time</li><li>
