SAP Support Consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP S/4 Hana.Experience:<ul><li>Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven experience in implementing and supporting SAP S/4 Hana solutions.</li></ul>_ Key Responsibilities:_<ul><li>Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Understanding business needs and translating them into SAP S/4 Hana system requirements.</li><li>Solution Design and Configuration: Designing and configuring SAP modules (e.g., finance, sales, inventory) to meet specific client needs.</li><li>Implementation and Deployment: Setting up and deploying SAP solutions, including data migration and system testing.</li><li>Training and Support: Providing end-user training and ongoing support to staff on SAP S/4 Hana functionalities.</li><li>Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Identifying and resolving issues related to the SAP system, collaborating with technical teams when necessary.</li><li>System Optimization: Continuously improving business processes and system functionality based on needs and system updates.</li><li>Documentation: Creating and maintaining documentation for SAP S/4 Hana implementations, including functional specifications and user manuals.</li><li>Collaboration: Working with cross-functional teams, including technical consultants, project managers, and other stakeholders, to ensure successful project delivery.</li></ul>Skills and Qualifications:<ul><li>Technical Skills: Strong understanding of SAP S/4 Hana functionalities, including various modules (e.g., Finance, Sales, Procurement, Inventory).</li><li>Functional Expertise: Knowledge of business processes and how they can be mapped to SAP S/4 Hana.</li><li>Consulting Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Project Management: Ability to manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources.</li><li>SAP S/4 Hana Certification preferred.</li></ul>Location: Ras Al Khaimah FreezoneJob Types: Full-time, PermanentExperience:<ul><li>SAP Support: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>
