 Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in HR or related field preferred.<br>
 Experience: 1&ndash;2 years in HR or administrative role.<br>
 Technical Skills:<br>
 Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)<br>
 Familiarity with payroll software.</div>

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:</div>
<div></div><div><b>Human Resources Duties</b><br>
 Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems. (Paycor)<br>
 Prepare HR-related documents such as contracts, offer letters, and termination notices.<br>
 Assists with payroll processes and keeps track of time off plans.<br>
 Supports benefits administration tasks such as enrollment, changes, and communication with employees.<br>
 Handle filing, scanning, and organizing HR documentation.<br>
 Assist with HR-related reporting for grants, audits, and board meetings.<br>
 Supports HR projects and process improvements to enhance department operations.<br>
 Assists with coordinating training schedules for employees.</div>
<div></div><div><b>Recruitment &amp; Onboarding</b><br>
 Post job openings on job boards and company website.<br>
 Screen resumes and schedules interviews.<br>
 Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.<br>
 Coordinate the full onboarding of new hires, including preparing welcome materials and conducting<br>
orientation sessions.<br>
 Maintains accurate applicant tracking and recruitment records.</div>
<div></div><div><b>Employee Relations &amp; Compliance</b><br>
 Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.<br>
 Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and safety regulations.<br>
 Help organize employee engagement activities and training programs.<br>
 Support performance review processes and maintain related documentation.<br>
 Handle employee relations issues and escalate as needed.<br>
 Ensure compliance with OSHA and workplace safety standards.</div>
<div></div><div><b>HR Reporting &amp; Data Management</b><br>
 Generate reports on HR metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, and recruitment progress.<br>
 Track and monitor employee attendance and leave records.<br>
 Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information.</div>
<div></div><div><b>Additional Duties</b><br>
 Assist with internal audits and compliance checks.<br>
 Coordinate with other departments for HR-related needs.<br>
 Support HR projects such as diversity initiatives, wellness programs, and policy updates.</div>

needed.<br>
 Ability to operate standard office equipment such as a computer, telephone, copier, and scanner.<br>
 Ability to communicate clearly in person, over the phone, and in writing.<br>
 May require occasional travel between company locations or off-site meeting venues.</div></div>
