With SpeakABLE Speech Therapy Services, you&rsquo;ll be visiting clients closest to where you live and within your preferred driving radius &mdash; we do our best to match families to your location.Areas we serve includes:Alameda County and Contra Costa CountyKey Responsibilities<ul><li>Conduct developmental assessments and provide individualized early intervention services using the Parent Coaching Model</li><li>Follow and implement each child&rsquo;s Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP)</li><li>Coach caregivers to build their confidence and implement effective daily routines</li><li>Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including SLPs, OTs, and program supervisors</li><li>Educate parents and model intervention strategies through play and natural routines</li><li>Provide services in the child&rsquo;s natural environment (home, daycare, or community)</li><li>Maintain accurate and timely documentation including session notes, progress summaries, and reports</li><li>Collect data and track progress toward IFSP goals</li><li>Uphold confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA and state/federal regulations</li></ul>Desired Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Early Childhood Development, Education, Psychology, or related field OR equivalent professional experience</li><li>Experience with infants and toddlers (0&ndash;3) preferred</li><li>Reliable transportation, valid driver&rsquo;s license, and proof of insurance</li><li>Pass background check, TB test, and provide required immunizations</li><li>Bilingual (Spanish, Farsi, Tagalog, etc.) a plus!</li><li>Compassionate, patient, and collaborative approach to family support</li></ul>Benefits (W-2):<ul><li>Health, dental, and vision insurance</li><li>401(k) with employer match</li><li>PTO and paid learning opportunities</li><li>CEU, materials, and license renewal reimbursement</li><li>Cell phone/internet stipend</li><li>Worker&rsquo;s compensation &amp; liability coverage</li><li>Referral bonuses</li><li>Biweekly direct deposit</li></ul><ul><li>Referral bonuses</li><li>Biweekly direct deposit</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timePay: $40.00 - $55.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Professional development assistance</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: On the road
