osition: Business Development Executive &ndash; Freight ForwardingJob Responsibilities<ul><li>Identify and develop new business opportunities with commercial and corporate importers for freight forwarding services.</li><li>Generate sales inquiries for Air Freight, Sea Freight, LCL, FCL, and related logistics solutions.</li><li>Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and long-term business.</li><li>Conduct regular client visits, meetings, and presentations to promote company services.</li><li>Negotiate freight rates and prepare customized proposals based on client requirements.</li><li>Coordinate closely with the operations team to ensure smooth and timely execution of shipments.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.</li><li>Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.</li></ul>Requirements &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Minimum Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (Master&rsquo;s degree will be preferred).</li><li>At least 3 years of experience in the logistics or freight forwarding industry.</li><li>Proven experience in sales or business development within freight forwarding/logistics.</li><li>Strong understanding of import/export processes, freight forwarding, and customs clearance.</li><li>Established network with commercial and corporate importers (preferred).</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently as well as within a team.</li><li>Target-driven, with strong time management and organizational skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
