 Job Brief
 
 
 
 We are looking for a skilled and customer-oriented
 
 IT Help Desk
 
 with
 
 2&ndash;3 years of experience
 
 to join our TMG-Online branch in Madinaty.
 
 
 The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting IT-related issues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day technical operations for employees. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, technical knowledge, and excellent communication abilities.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
 </li>
 <li>
 Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and office IT equipment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Troubleshoot system, internet, and email issues and ensure minimal downtime.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support users with basic IT requests and day-to-day technical problems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain IT inventory and ensure proper documentation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure data security, system access control, and basic IT compliance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with external vendors or service providers when needed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform routine system checks and basic maintenance tasks.

 Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 2&ndash;3 years of proven experience in a Help Desk or IT Support role.
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic understanding of networking concepts (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP).
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
 </li>
 <li>
 Must be a resident of Madinaty or nearby areas (mandatory).
 </li>
