 , you will help power SPEAR&rsquo;s growth by attracting, engaging, and hiring exceptional talent across our network of clinics. You&rsquo;ll combine
 
 relationship-building and technology
 
 &mdash; leveraging mobile recruiting tools, data, and creativity &mdash; to deliver a best-in-class candidate experience.
 
 
 You will partner closely with hiring managers, act as the first point of contact for candidates, and ensure an efficient, high-touch recruitment process from first click to first day.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Recruitment &amp; Sourcing
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage full-cycle recruitment for all open roles, from posting to offer acceptance
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and execute digital-first sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Handshake, and Lever
 </li>
 <li>
 Build pipelines through outreach to DPT programs, university partners, and professional networks
 </li>
 <li>
 Attend career fairs and virtual recruiting events to promote the SPEAR brand
 </li>
 <li>
 Post new roles externally within 24 hours of opening
 </li>
 <li>
 Connect qualified candidates with hiring managers within 24 hours of screening
 </li>
 <li>
 Candidate &amp; Hiring Manager Experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Deliver a 5-Star experience through timely, personalized communication
 </li>
 <li>
 Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on best practices, process flow, and system usage
 </li>
 <li>
 Facilitate Lever and recruiting system training for new managers
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain complete and accurate records in Lever across desktop and mobile
 
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting (healthcare or service industry preferred)
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Handshake, and Lever (desktop and mobile)
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong written and verbal communication skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with urgency and accuracy
 </li>
 <li>
 Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and data-driven mindset
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated ability to preserve confidentiality and uphold ethical standards
