 We are seeking a top-quality Business Development Coordinator for our Dubai Head Office. Candidates must currently reside in Dubai to be considered for this position.
You must be a high calibre professional, keen to work as part of our team of highly dynamic and professional business development specialists.
The key competencies we seek are: previous business development experience; the aptitude to communicate in a dynamic and positive way both internally, within the office environment and externally, when dealing with clients; a positive work ethic; attention to detail; dependability; a totally customer focused outlook; skills to competently work with MS Office; and preferably, fluency in spoken and written English. You also need to be able to work under pressure, be target-driven, and a self-motivated team player, demonstrate a consistently proactive approach, with first-rate planning and organizing skills.
 The Role 
The overall aim of the role is to work with the assigned Business Development Manager and Client Relations Executive, to maximise the overall business potential of the company, while ensuring efficient and effective handling of assigned administrative functions.
Listed below are the main tasks involved in the role:
<ul>
<li>To assist tasks in relation to Public Course and In-Company Course bookings</li>
<li>To help in building and strengthening business relationships with customers</li>
<li>To determine our clients explicit needs, and offer training solutions to match those needs</li>
<li>To research the market for the purpose of cold calling</li>
<li>To follow Spearhead s company standards, policies, and procedures</li>
<li>To always follow up professionally with clients</li>
<li>To produce an accurate weekly sales report</li>
<li>To actively contact, and manage, your customer database</li>
<li>To identify and reach out to potential clients, qualify leads, and nurture relationships to drive new business opportunities ( prospecting )</li>
<li>To execute all assigned administrative functions as per Spearhead s standards</li>
<li>To provide Spearhead s Trainers with the required support that will allow them to deliver top quality training</li>
</ul>
The working week is Monday to Friday. However, candidates will be expected to work extra hard to meet targets and deadlines. If this means putting in longer hours at times, then you should be prepared to do this.

 Top Quality Trainer Required 
You must be a highly talented, training professional, with experience of delivering Sales &amp; Marketing, and Microsoft Office Suite courses. If you are able to deliver additional courses in two, or more, of the following areas: Management &amp; Leadership, HR Management &amp; Training, Finance, Project Management, Customer Service, Personal Development, Business Writing Skills, this would be an additional advantage.
 Please Note: Spearhead Training does not hire, or use, freelance Trainers.
 Desired Skills &amp; Experience 
The key qualities we seek are: subject-matter expert, excellent research and technical skills, integrity, excellent communication skills, a totally customer focused outlook, first-rate subject knowledge, excellent planning and organizing skills, and the aptitude to communicate in a dynamic and positive manner in the training room.
Experience in delivering Online Courses through Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Etc., is an advantage.
Minimum education level: Relevant Degree (Fully Attested)
You must be currently located in the UAE (Preferably Dubai), and hold a valid UAE driving licence, with your own car.
