We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Medical Equipment Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Oman. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of medical equipment and technologies, coupled with exceptional sales and communication skills. You will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of cutting-edge medical devices and solutions to hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities throughout Oman. A valid Omani driving license is mandatory for this role, as it will involve frequent travel to client sites.Key Responsibilities:Technical Sales Expertise:<ul><li>Provide in-depth technical presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.</li><li>Offer expert advice and support to healthcare professionals on the selection and application of medical equipment.</li><li>Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in medical technology and industry trends.</li></ul>Sales and Business Development:<ul><li>Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities.</li><li>Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.</li><li>Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts.</li></ul>Client Relationship Management:<ul><li>Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients.</li><li>Address client inquiries and resolve any technical or operational issues promptly.</li><li>Conduct post-sales follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and identify potential upselling opportunities.</li></ul>Collaboration:<ul><li>Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.</li><li>Collaborate with the technical support team to provide seamless client support.</li><li>Attend industry conferences and trade shows to network and promote the company's products.</li></ul>Qualifications and Experience:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Technology, Pharmacist or a related field.</li><li>Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in medical equipment sales.</li><li>Strong technical knowledge of medical devices and technologies.</li><li>Valid Omani driving license is mandatory.</li></ul>Skills and Competencies:<ul><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills.</li><li>Strong negotiation and closing skills.</li><li>Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.</li><li>Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Zoho CRM).</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.</li></ul>Language: Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
