Job Description:</i></b></div><div>
The Area Marketing Manager, Digital Practice Strategy reports into the Director of Practice Marketing, owning the digital strategy, website performance, and marketing systems that support practice-level execution across SDP.</div><div><br>
This role ensures every practice has a strong, consistent, and optimized digital presence to support visibility, patient experience, and growth. While referral marketing remains the primary driver of patient acquisition, this position strengthens direct-to-patient marketing through improved websites, local SEO, and digital infrastructure.</div><div><br>
The role partners closely with the practice teams and the SDP Digital Marketing Manager to lead effective local execution. It combines strategic ownership with hands-on support and requires strong technical fluency, operational discipline, and the ability to drive results across a multi-location environment.</div>

Digital Presence and Website Ownership</b><br>
<ul><li>Own performance, usability, and consistency of practice websites across the network</li><li>Lead improvements in SEO, site structure, content quality, and conversion optimization</li><li>Identify gaps in digital visibility and prioritize enhancements across practices</li><li>Manage website updates, rebuilds, and ongoing optimization in partnership with vendors</li><li>Serve as the internal subject matter expert for websites, local SEO, and digital visibility</li></ul></div><div><b><br>
Practice Marketing Partnership</b><br>
<ul><li>Serve as a reliable additional resource for practices when needs exceed local capacity, though focus will be on digital activities and presence</li><li>Evaluate opportunities, identify need for additional (digital) marketing support. Support implementation of digital campaigns at the practice level, ensuring consistency across channels</li><li>Develop tools, resources, and training to strengthen digital knowledge at the practice level</li></ul></div><div><b><br>
Marketing Systems and Operations</b><br>
<ul><li>Optimize the marketing tech stack supporting practice marketing execution</li><li>Develop scalable processes for website updates, content management, and digital support</li><li>Build reporting frameworks that provide visibility into performance across practices</li><li>Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through tools, automation, and standardization</li></ul></div><div><b><br>
Vendor Management</b><br>
<ul><li>Serve as point of contact for website, SEO, and digital marketing vendors</li><li>Set clear scopes of work, expectations, and performance standards</li><li>Ensure vendor output aligns with SDP brand, operational needs, and growth priorities</li><li>Evaluate performance and recommend improvements or changes as needed</li></ul></div><div><b><br>
Partnership with Digital Marketing (Enterprise)</b><br>
<ul><li>Partner closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to align enterprise brand strategy with practice-level execution
</li><li>Translate content and brand initiatives into strong on-site and local digital experiences
</li><li>Share insights on website performance, SEO, and patient behavior to inform broader digital strategy
</li><li>Coordinate with the Digital Marketing Manager on social and content-related needs to ensure clear ownership and seamless execution
</li></ul></div>Qualifications:

Requirements</b><br>
<ul><li>5+ years of marketing experience with a strong digital and multi-location focus</li><li>Experience in dental, healthcare, DSO, or similar multi-unit environments preferred</li><li>Demonstrated ownership of websites, SEO, and digital performance initiative</li><li>Experience managing vendors and driving accountability</li><li>Strong understanding of marketing systems, CMS platforms, and analytics tools</li><li>Ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution</li><li>Experience supporting local teams, field marketing, or distributed environments</li><li>Strong analytical and communication skills</li></ul></div><div></div><div><br>

The salary range for this role is $110,000 - $125,000 per year.
