Position Summary:Specialized Orthopedic Physical Therapy is seeking an energetic Front Desk Coordinator to join our upbeat team. The Front Desk Coordinator will greet and assist all visitors in a courteous and professional manner. This position is responsible for answering the telephone, greeting visitors, checking in patients and taking copays.Essential Functions:<ul><li>Energetically greeting and welcoming patients</li><li>Accurately entering/updating patient information</li><li>Scanning and updating medical records</li><li>Answering phone calls, questions, etc. in a prompt and polite manner</li><li>Handling cash and payments accurately and responsibly</li><li>Professional, trustworthy, and responsible at all times</li></ul>Schedule: Monday - Thursday 3-6:30pmRequirements: &middot;High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; College Degree preferred.Job Type: Part-timePay: $18.00 per hourMedical Specialty:<ul><li>Physical &amp; Rehabilitation Medicine</li></ul>Work Location: In person
