We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Network Engineer to join our Managed Services team. The successful candidate will be deployed on-site at the client&rsquo;s premises to support, operate, and maintain complex enterprise network environments. This role requires deep technical expertise, hands-on operational skills, and the ability to work in a high-demand managed services environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:<ul>
<li>Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot enterprise network systems to ensure high availability, optimal performance, and security.</li>
<li>Provide proactive maintenance and incident resolution to maintain network stability.</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal and client teams to resolve escalations and implement approved network changes.</li>
<li>Participate in network change control processes and support 24/7 operations as required.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, procedures, and operational activities.</li>

<li>Install and configure new products, applying performance optimization and security best practices.</li>
<li>Supervise and execute migrations of existing solutions, including required updates and upgrades.</li>
<li>Perform full implementations, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and provide necessary technical documentation.</li>
<li>Ensure smooth administration of systems to maintain service availability for authorized users.</li>

</ul>Requirements<ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or a related field.</li>
<li>5+ years of experience in network operations, support, and implementation roles.</li>
<li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.</li>
<li>Cisco certifications (CCNP, CCIE) are highly desirable.</li>
<li>Experience in Managed Services environments is preferred.</li>

We are seeking a highly skilled Database Administrator (DBA) with strong expertise in Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server technologies. The DBA will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing mission-critical database environments, ensuring performance, availability, security, and compliance. The role will involve day-to-day operations as well as strategic initiatives such as migrations, upgrades, and high availability/disaster recovery planning.
Duties and Responsibilities:<ul>
<li>Database Administration &amp; Maintenance.</li>
<li>Administer and maintain Oracle (including RAC, ASM, Data Guard) and MS SQL Server environments.</li>
<li>Perform regular health checks, patching, upgrades, and backup/restore operations.</li>
<li>Ensure database environments are stable, secure, and performing optimally.
</li><li>Performance Tuning &amp; Optimization.</li>
<li>Monitor database performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend optimizations.</li>
<li>Apply best practices for indexing, partitioning, and SQL query optimization.</li>

<li>Configure and maintain Oracle Data Guard, MS SQL AlwaysOn, clustering, and replication.</li>
<li>Develop, test, and document DR strategies for both Oracle and SQL Server environments.</li>
<li>Capacity Planning &amp; Monitoring.</li>
<li>Track and analyze database growth trends to anticipate capacity requirements.</li>
<li>Use monitoring tools to proactively manage database health and performance.</li>
<li>Incident &amp; Problem Management.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot and resolve database-related incidents in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Conduct root cause analysis and recommend preventive measures.</li>
<li>Documentation &amp; Knowledge Transfer.</li>
<li>Maintain up-to-date runbooks, architecture diagrams, and change records.</li>
<li>Provide training and knowledge transfer to internal teams as needed.</li>
</ul>Requirements<ul>
<li>7+ years of experience as a Database Administrator with expertise in both Oracle and MS SQL Server.</li>
<li>Strong hands-on experience with:</li>
<li>Oracle: RAC, ASM, RMAN, Data Guard, Oracle Enterprise Manager, WebLogic Server.</li>
<li>MS SQL Server: Clustering, Replication, AlwaysOn, SSIS/SSRS.</li>
<li>Proven track record in backup/recovery, disaster recovery, and high availability design.</li>
<li>Solid understanding of database security and user access control.</li>
<li>Expertise in performance tuning and SQL query optimization.</li>
<li>Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.</li>
<li>Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.</li>
<li>Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.</li>

The SOC L1 team plays a critical role in maintaining the security posture of an organization and protecting it from cyber threats. 
Duties and Responsibilities:<ul>
<li>Performing initial analysis on true positive alerts to determine root cause and impact.</li>
<li>Undertake first stages of false positive and false negative analysis.</li>
<li>Generate weekly reports from SIEM platform and send it to L2 SOC analysts for review</li>
<li>Track and update incidents and requests based on client&rsquo;s updates and analysis results</li>
<li>Escalate validated and confirmed incidents as per escalation procedures.</li>
<li>Collection of necessary logs that could help in the incident containment and security investigation</li>
<li>Acknowledge, analyze and validate incidents received through other reporting mechanisms such as email, phone calls, management directions, etc.</li>
<li>Acknowledge, analyze and validate incidents triggered from correlated events through SIEM solution.</li>

Responsibilities and Duties:<ul>
<li>Define a set of activities, guidelines, templates, reviews and traceability matrices to make sure that deliverables fulfill the client needs and meet the industry standards.</li>
<li>To create an understanding of the client requirements by a series of activities to gather and compile the client needs. This might include &ndash; but not limited to &ndash; conducting business requirements gathering workshops at different levels, storyboarding and using questionnaires.</li>
<li>Refine and detail the requirements by use case modeling, business process modeling, and defining system actors, to create a common understanding of the functionalities being addressed by the system.</li>
<li>Create the system definition based on the information gathered and analyzed. The SRS document contains all the specifications of the system requirements to be built. This includes &ndash; but not limited to- creating use-case models, use-case descriptions, process flows and description.
</li><li>Create the traceability matrix is created to make sure that all requirements are addressed in the specifications and further on in the project lifecycle.</li>
<li>Conduct peer reviews to SRSs to make sure that they contain all the information needed, and that they are up to the standards imposed by the STS Requirements Development and Management process.</li>
Conduct the Requirements Change Management process for managing changes to the system definitions.

<li>Bachelor s degree in Computer Engineering or relative IT filed</li>
<li>0-2 years&rsquo; experience on Software Services.
</li><li>Good command in both English &amp; Arabic languages (writing, reading &amp; conversation)</li>

<li>Ability to collect, understand, analyze and document business requirements based on well understood business objectives.</li>
