We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to immediately join our fit-out and construction team. The selected candidate will be working on a project between Qatar and Saudi Arabia (KSA).Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and material take-offs</li><li>Evaluate drawings, specifications, and project requirements</li><li>Manage tendering, pricing, and subcontractor quotations</li><li>Prepare and review interim payment applications</li><li>Handle variations, change orders, and cost updates</li><li>Monitor project budgets and support cost control</li><li>Coordinate with project managers, site teams, suppliers, and stakeholders</li><li>Assist in the preparation of final accounts and project documentation</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field</li><li>3&ndash;5 years of experience in fit-out or construction projects</li><li>Strong knowledge of measurement, costing, and project documentation</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office; experience with QS software is an advantage</li><li>Good communication and time-management skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Are you willing to work between saudi and Doha</li></ul>Work Location: In person
