We are seeking a qualified Technical Engineer with at least 5 years of proven experience in the construction industry, specializing in fit-out and exhibition projects. The role requires strong technical expertise in preparing drawings, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring seamless execution of high-quality interiors and exhibition installations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to bridge design with execution to deliver innovative and precise project outcomes.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Review IFC drawings and prepare/coordinate shop drawings, technical details, and project documentation.</li><li>Liaise with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure compliance with design and project requirements.</li><li>Prepare and review material submittals, method statements, and technical reports.</li><li>Provide technical support to site teams, resolving issues and ensuring works are executed as per specifications.</li><li>Manage documentation through control systems and tendering platforms.</li><li>Support the procurement team with technical inputs for materials and suppliers.</li><li>Ensure technical deliverables align with project schedules and quality standards.</li><li>Participate in meetings to address technical matters and coordinate project progress.</li><li>Conduct site inspections and prepare progress/quality reports.</li><li>Assist in value engineering, cost estimation, and variations when required.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline.</li><li>Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar technical or coordination role.</li><li>Experience in the construction industry is highly preferred, with focus on fit-out and exhibition works.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).</li><li>Familiarity with document control systems and tendering platforms.</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design/coordination software is an advantage.</li><li>Strong organizational and coordination skills.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.</li><li>Ability to read, understand, and process technical information and drawings.</li><li>High attention to detail with the ability to work effectively under pressure.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
