We are looking for a Technical Engineer with 5+ years&rsquo; experience in fit-out and exhibition projects, who can join immediately.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Review IFC drawings and prepare shop drawings, joinery details, and technical documents</li><li>Coordinate with design, site, and subcontractor teams</li><li>Prepare material submittals, method statements, and technical proposals</li><li>Provide on-site technical support and resolve construction issues</li><li>Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders for approvals</li><li>Ensure works meet project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements</li><li>Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field</li><li>5+ years of relevant experience in fit-out and exhibition projects</li><li>Proficient in MS Office; AutoCAD / Revit is a plus</li><li>Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills</li><li>Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure</li><li>Available to join immediately</li></ul>Job Type: Contract
