We are seeking a dynamic and experienced marketing professional to join our team and help us grow our presence within the community.Job Summary:We are looking for a Marketing Professional to market our medical/specialty clinic. The ideal candidate will have prior marketing experience, preferably in the healthcare field, and will possess a professional appearance and outgoing personality.Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation and Management:<ul><li>Generate and manage leads from various referral sources.</li><li>Act as a liaison between our clinic and the community to address community and customer needs.</li></ul>Community Engagement:<ul><li>Travel within the community daily to meet with physicians, clinics, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities&rsquo; management, and case managers to educate them on our services.</li><li>Build and maintain client relationships by providing daily interaction to understand and exceed their needs.</li></ul>Event Participation:<ul><li>Organize and participate in community events by setting up booths and distributing marketing giveaways.</li><li>Plan and host events at the clinic to enhance our image within the community.</li></ul>Strategic Planning:<ul><li>Prepare business plans and maintain target lists to maximize awareness of our services.</li><li>Generate reports to monitor progress, track referrals, and assess the success of marketing efforts; present these reports to management.</li></ul>Performance and Alignment:<ul><li>Meet assigned objectives for weekly calls and contacts.</li><li>Understand and align with the company vision, measure outcomes, use feedback to make adjustments, evaluate alternatives, and resolve complex issues appropriately.</li></ul>Additional Duties:<ul><li>Perform all other tasks as assigned by management.</li></ul>Qualifications and Education Requirements:Experience:<ul><li>Minimum of one year of experience in marketing and sales, preferably in a healthcare setting such as Orthopedic, Weight Loss, Infusion Clinics, or Primary Care Practices.</li><li>Proficiency with referral sources, especially in clinical and Long-Term Care markets.</li><li>Knowledge of basic medical terminology.</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Degree in Marketing or Business from an accredited college/university preferred.</li></ul>Skills:<ul><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).</li><li>Computer literate with a desire to enhance skills.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.</li><li>Must maintain a good driving record and insurance.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive salary</li><li>Health, dental, and vision insurance</li><li>Paid time off and holidays</li><li>Supportive and collaborative work environment</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>Houston, TX 77088: Relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
