Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Prepare and serve a diverse range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair.</li><li>
Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable experience.</li><li>
Demonstrate expert knowledge of whiskey varieties, including origins, flavor profiles, and pairing suggestions.</li><li>
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking inventory and managing supplies.</li><li>
Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring responsible service of alcohol at all times.</li><li>
Collaborate with colleagues to uphold Odyssey's reputation for excellence and hospitality.</li><li>
Provide assistance to other team members and perform additional duties as assigned.</li><li>
Batching/prepping cocktails for service
</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>
3 or more years of experience as a bartender in a high-volume establishment</li><li>
Strong knowledge of whiskey and other spirits, with a passion for mixology.</li><li>
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional service.</li><li>
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.</li><li>
TIPS or similar certification (can obtain upon hire)</li><li>

Physical Demands:<ul><li>
Regular lifting, moving and carrying of food items, furniture, garbage etc. weighing up to 40 pounds across the restaurant</li><li>
Regular and prolonged standing and walking inside and outside the restaurant during a 6-8 hour shift with appropriate breaks</li><li>
Regular ascending/descending stairs</li><li>
Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers</li><li>
Frequent use of hand to finger motions, handle or feel objects, reach with hands and arms</li></ul>
