<div>Job Title: Salesforce Developer
Job Summary
Specright is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Salesforce Developer to join our DevOps team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and enhancing our managed Salesforce package to meet the diverse requirements of Enterprise and Mid-Market customers. You will leverage your expertise in Salesforce to deliver technical solutions, script automation, and ensure optimal system performance. Working closely with developers, product managers, and cross-functional teams, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality platform enhancements and resolving technical challenges.
Responsibilities and Duties<ul><li>
Develop, test, and maintain Apex scripts for automation, upgrades, and data migrations.</li><li>
Configure and customize Salesforce, including creating/updating fields, page layouts, and managing object relationships.</li><li>
Analyze, implement, and optimize business process automation using Flows, Process Builder, and Approval Processes.</li><li>
Extract, deploy, and manage metadata changes across Salesforce environments.</li><li>
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues using Salesforce developer tools such as the Developer Console, SOQL, and debug logs.</li><li>
Collaborate with developers and product teams to support platform enhancements and resolve technical challenges.</li><li>
Execute data migrations while ensuring data quality and integrity.</li><li>
Document configuration changes, system updates, and process modifications.</li><li>
Apply Salesforce best practices for security, system management, and performance optimization.</li><li>
Manage multiple implementation projects concurrently and track tasks using ticketing systems such as Jira.</li><li>
Conduct manual testing and create test plans to validate system changes.</li><li>
Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li><li>
Demonstrate a growth mindset and proactively seek opportunities to expand skills and take on more complex technical tasks.</li></ul>
Qualifications<ul><li>
1-2 years of professional experience administering and developing on Salesforce.</li><li>
Proficient in Apex and SOQL, with experience writing scripts for automation and data migration.</li><li>
Strong knowledge of Salesforce administration, configuration, and data architecture.</li><li>
Experience with Salesforce automation tools (Flows, Process Builder, Workflows) and approval processes.</li><li>
Skilled in extracting and deploying metadata changes between Salesforce environments.</li><li>
Experience troubleshooting issues using Salesforce developer tools.</li><li>
Effective communicator and collaborator within technical and non-technical teams.</li><li>
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong time management skills.</li><li>
Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Jira.</li><li>
Attention to detail, fast learner, team player, highly organized, execution-oriented, and a problem solver.</li></ul>
Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>
Advanced understanding of Apex, including writing complex scripts and automation.</li><li>
Experience working with managed packages and ISV deployments is a plus.</li></ul>

As part of the Professional Services team, you will work closely with customers, internal teams, and integration engineers to scope, document, and validate integrations using an iPaaS platform. Role Overview
As a Business Analyst - Integrations, you will play a critical role in delivering seamless data integrations between our platform and customer systems (e.g., ERPs, PLMs, compliance tools) using an iPaaS solution. You'll collaborate with internal implementation teams, integration engineers, and customer stakeholders to gather requirements, define data flows, and support testing and go-live processes. 
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Collaborate with Implementation Consultants and customers (both business and IT users) to gather and document integration requirements</li><li>
Define integration use cases, data mappings, transformation rules, and system endpoints</li><li>
Translate requirements into technical specifications</li><li>
Configure and support integration workflows in the iPaaS tool (e.g., Boomi, Workato, MuleSoft, etc.)</li><li>
Assist with testing, validation, troubleshooting, and deployment of integration solutions</li><li>
Monitor integration performance and assist with issue resolution during hypercare and post-go-live support</li><li>
Maintain documentation and knowledge base for repeatable integrations</li><li>
Continuously identify opportunities to standardize and templatize integration approaches</li><li>
Work closely with ProductEngineering to provide feedback on integration templates, help validate integration use cases and provide inputs to improve the integration platform and services.</li><li>
Be the go-to expert on the Specright API and support client developers on API use and best practices</li><li>
Identify key success metrics for the API adoption and use and collaborate with the Integrations Product Manager on tracking and reporting of these metrics</li><li>
Creation and Evaluation of Test Plans for Client UAT and assisting in testing</li><li>
Proactively engage with customer IT teams to ensure project success</li><li>
Actively work on improving project processes for integrations, with a focus on optimizing timelines, avoiding scope creep and easing information sharing via documentation</li><li>
Track Integration Project metrics and issues</li><li>
Configure SAML SSO for customers</li><li>
Manage multiple integration development projects at a time effectively</li><li>
Assist in the ongoing support and maintenance for live customer integrations</li></ul> 
Qualifications<ul><li>
3+ years of experience in a Technical Business Analyst, Technical Consultant or Implementation Analyst role, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software</li><li>
Strong understanding of system integrations, APIs, data formats (JSON, XML, CSV), and workflows</li><li>
Experience with using POSTMAN</li><li>
Experience with iPaaS tools (e.g., Boomi, Workato, Tray.io, MuleSoft, Jitterbit, etc.) is highly preferred</li><li>
Knowledge of the Force.com platform (Salesforce) is a plus</li><li>
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills</li><li>
Strong documentation, problem-solving, and customer-facing skills</li><li>
Ability to work independently and flexibly in a remote, cross-functional, and fast-paced environment</li><li>
Enjoy getting in front of clients to understand their challenges and be able to design solutions and features to address their needs</li><li>
Experience with, and a solid understanding of System to System IntegrationsAPI Fundamentals</li><li>
Experience with API Integrations and File-based Integrations and Middleware</li><li>
