Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager with 5&ndash;6 years of experience to lead our recruitment efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective hiring strategies, managing end-to-end recruitment processes, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. This role requires strong stakeholder management, a strategic mindset, and hands-on experience in hiring for diverse roles.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across departments.</li><li>Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective job descriptions and sourcing strategies.</li><li>Use various sourcing methods (job portals, social media, employee referrals, etc.) to attract top talent.</li><li>Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring teams for technical/managerial rounds.</li><li>Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.</li><li>Maintain and report recruitment metrics (time to hire, cost per hire, quality of hire, etc.).</li><li>Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and other external vendors.</li><li>Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies in all hiring activities.</li><li>Drive employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company&rsquo;s presence in the talent market.</li><li>Identify opportunities to improve the recruitment process using technology, analytics, and feedback.</li></ul>Requirements:Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).5&ndash;6 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced or mid-to-large-scale organization.Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously and deliver within deadlines.Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to recruitment and talent planning.Preferred:Experience in Pharma fieldJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;400,000.00 - &#8377;1,000,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
