We are looking for an HR &amp; Admin Executive who can handle an equal mix of HR tasks and administrative duties. The ideal candidate should be organized, responsible, and able to support smooth daily operations.HR Responsibilities<ul><li>Support recruitment activities, including job posting, resume screening, and interview scheduling.</li><li>Maintain employee records and update HR databases.</li><li>Assist with onboarding and exit processes.</li><li>Help with attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.</li><li>Prepare basic HR letters and official documents.</li><li>Assist in employee engagement activities and internal communication.</li><li>Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed.</li></ul>Admin Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage daily office operations smoothly.</li><li>Handle office supplies, stationery, and vendor coordination.</li><li>Maintain office cleanliness and support facility-related tasks.</li><li>Assist with travel arrangements, meeting scheduling, and documentation.</li><li>Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and courier.</li><li>Support management with routine operational tasks.</li><li>Ensure proper functioning of all administrative activities.</li></ul>&middot; Manage and update the company&rsquo;s website/e-commerce portal as neededRequirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in any field.</li><li>Basic understanding of HR and administrative work.</li><li>Good communication and coordination skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).</li><li>Freshers or candidates with some experience can apply.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
