  </li>
  <li>
   Review project plans and blueprints to ensure accurate implementation.
  </li>

   Monitor and enforce safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for all workers.

   Resolve issues or conflicts that arise on-site and report them to senior management.
  </li>
  <li>
   Maintain records of site activities, progress, and inspections.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensure proper usage and maintenance of construction equipment.
  </li>

   Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and work completion.
  </li>

   Report progress, delays, and issues to the project manager or site manager.
  </li>

   Ensure compliance with all local building codes, environmental regulations, and company policies.

   Preferred Qualification

   Qualifications:

   High school diploma or equivalent (a degree or technical qualification in construction is a plus).

   Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
  </li>

   Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
  </li>

   Leadership and communication skills to manage workers and interact with clients, engineers, and contractors.

   Ability to solve problems efficiently and effectively under pressure.
  </li>

   Knowledge of construction software (e.g., project management tools) is a plus.
  </li>

   Valid drivers license and access to transportation.
