Primary Objective: 
The Vice President of Marketing is responsible for leading the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This role requires a dynamic leader with deep expertise in modern marketing practices, a passion for building impactful brands, and the ability to align marketing strategies with broader business objectives.
Responsibilities include:
Strategic Leadership<ul><li>
Collaborate with the executive and business teams to uncover insights that shape marketing and branding strategies for existing and new products.</li><li>
Lead development of comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with short- and long-term business goals.</li><li>
Identify and pursue opportunities for market expansion, revenue generation, and brand differentiation.</li><li>
Analyze market research, forecasts, competitive landscape, and consumer trends to translate insights into actionable strategies.</li></ul>
Marketing Management<ul><li>
Oversee the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, print, SEO, social media, PR, and event channels.</li><li>
Manage the development of compelling content and creative assets to clearly communicate brand value across all touchpoints.</li><li>
Lead the creation and implementation of go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and promotional campaigns.</li><li>
Evaluate campaign performance through KPIs, reporting, and optimization for improved ROI and customer engagement.</li></ul>
Team Leadership and Development<ul><li>
Build and grow a results-driven marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and accountability.</li><li>
Conduct regular team meetings and performance check-ins to align objectives, provide guidance, and identify opportunities for improvement.</li><li>
Provide leadership, training, and support to ensure team members perform above expectations and develop professionally.</li></ul>
Budget &amp; Resource Management<ul><li>
Develop and manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and adherence to financial goals.</li><li>
Forecast and report on marketing spend, P&amp;L projections, and campaign ROI.</li><li>
Identify future resource and scheduling needs to support company growth and scalability.</li></ul>
Stakeholder Engagement &amp; External Presence<ul><li>
Serve as the marketing liaison to key internal stakeholders, providing updates on strategy, performance, and pipeline impact.</li><li>
Attend conventions, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company and oversee preparation of promotional materials and post-event analysis.</li><li>
Build and maintain strong relationships with media, PR contacts, and strategic partners to amplify brand visibility.</li></ul>
Requirements: 
<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).</li><li>
10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity.</li><li>
Proven success in building and executing cross-channel marketing strategies that drive growth.</li><li>
Strong understanding of digital, print, content, and social media marketing.</li><li>
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.</li><li>
Ability to use data and analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and inform strategic direction.</li><li>
Demonstrated experience in budget planning and financial oversight.</li><li>
Proficiency in Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, CMS systems, and design software.</li><li>
Established network of media and PR relationships is a plus.</li><li>
Strong organizational and project management skills.</li><li>
Willingness to travel up to 20%.</li></ul>
