Your Impact: Safety &amp; Security in Action</b></div><div>
In this role, your primary mission is to protect our youth, staff, and community. You will be responsible for:</div><ul><li><b>
Secure Transportation:</b> Managing the safe travel and transportation of youth participants.</li><li><b>
Vigilant Monitoring:</b> Overseeing outdoor recreation areas and tracking both authorized and unauthorized visitors.</li><li><b>
Rapid Response:</b> Acting as a first responder to any crisis situations occurring on or off facility grounds.</li><li><b>
Operational Oversight:</b> Ensuring building fire safety and monitoring staff access and daily program operations.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>

Compliance:</b> Ability to pass a physical exam, TB test, and drug screening.</li><li><b>
Clearances:</b> Must obtain DHHS Central Registry, Criminal Background, and National Sex Offender Registry clearances.</li><li><b>
Availability:</b> Full-time and part-time positions available; we have shifts for afternoons, nights, and weekends.</li></ul><p></p><div><b><br>
