Spectrum of Light Family Services is currently seeking fun and enthusiastic individuals! We are hiring for full-time and part-time positions. Our technicians provide one-on-one behavior analytic services to children diagnosed with Autism and related disorders while under the direct supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).Hours of Operation<ul><li>Monday-Friday from 8:00am - 4:00</li><li>Closed for Thanksgiving and Black Friday</li><li>Closed for Christmas Break (December 23th - January 1st)</li><li>Last Friday of the month is a shortened, community-outing day, followed by a team meeting.</li></ul>Job Description<ul><li>Provides direct treatment to children under the supervision of the Case Supervisor.</li><li>Collect and record data on client progress using a company provided tablet and data collection system.</li><li>Review and implement feedback during each treatment session.</li><li>Communicates effectively and compassionately with clients, families, and colleagues.</li><li>Seeks personal growth and training opportunities to ensure clinical excellence.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>At least 18 years old</li><li>High School Diploma or GED</li><li>Pass a background check</li><li>RBT Certification (preferred but not required)</li><li>Experience working with children (preferred)</li><li>Reliable transportation</li><li>Ability to stand, sit, squat, bend, twist, and lift up to 50 lbs</li></ul>Current Available Shifts<ul><li>Monday - Friday: full days and half days</li><li>Preferably 8:00-12:00 / 12:00 - 4:00</li><li>Optional in-home, community-based, and school-based services for those wanting to expand their skills.</li><li>Optional opportunities to provide support to clients during sport programs.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Health savings account</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Opportunities for advancement</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Paid training</li><li>Parental leave</li><li>Professional development assistance</li><li>Referral program</li><li>Retirement plan</li><li>Tuition reimbursement</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
