Job Summary
The Warehouse Support role assists with daily operations by supporting both warehouse and transportation functions as needed. This position helps ensure efficient workflow by handling packages, assisting with route coverage when needed, parking vehicles, and fueling trucks.
Hours and Wages<ul><li>
Monday-Friday, 5:00PM start</li><li>
May be expected to cover variable shifts based on business needs</li><li>
Paid OT at time and a half after 40 hours per week</li><li>
$24.00-26.00 per hour, based on experience, plus shift differential</li></ul>
Duties and Responsibilities<ul><li>
Ability to assist in parking/fueling vehicles
</li><li>Cover routes when needed</li><li>
Ensure trailer cuts are made for timely delivery to branches</li><li>
Communicate with warehouse staff and other management to resolve discrepancies</li><li>
Manage security of the yard and building</li><li>
Assist in stacking and sorting to ensure the flow of freight</li><li>
Ability to cover various shifts</li><li>
Perform other required duties as assigned
</li></ul>Skills and Abilities<ul><li>
Ability to operate a manual transmission, or have the willingness to learn</li><li>
Ability to read labels at a fast pace and work independently</li></ul>
Education and Experience<ul><li>
At least 21 years of age</li><li>
High school diploma or equivalent preferred</li><li>
Hold a valid Driver's License with a good driving record which meets company standards</li><li>
1+ year of experience in leadership and transportation industry preferred</li></ul>
Physical Requirements<ul><li>
Ability to pass a DOT physical exam</li><li>
Ability to bend, lift, twist, carry, and slide freight weighing up to 100 pounds</li><li>
Ability to work with all types to freight which include, but are not limited to hazardous material, perishable food and alcohol, firearms, ammunition, and live animals</li></ul>

Job Summary
The CDL Class A Driver (Pick-Up) is responsible for driving a tractor-trailer combination or straight truck to transport parcels on an established route.
Hours and Wages<ul><li>
Monday-Friday, 12:30PM start - through completion of route</li><li>
10-15 hours of overtime expected each week</li><li>
Paid OT at time and a half after 40 hours per week</li><li>
$23.00-$27.00 per hour, based on experience<ul><li>
$2.00 per hour shift differential</li></ul></li></ul>
Duties and Responsibilities<ul><li>
Conduct a pre-trip inspection before driving to ensure that mechanical, safety, and emergency equipment are in good working order</li><li>
Turn in pre-trip form and complete mileage and maintenance forms</li><li>
Drive to shippers and load trailer with freight</li><li>
Transfer freight back to the terminal to be unloaded</li><li>
Verify all load-related documentation to ensure that it is complete and accurate</li><li>
Maintain all required certifications required by DOT and company safety policies</li><li>
Wash the exterior of tractor and equipment daily</li><li>
Assist other drivers with loading, delivery, or pick up as needed</li></ul>
Skills and Abilities<ul><li>
Ability to operate a manual transmission</li><li>
Must possess or have the ability to obtain a doubles/triples endorsement</li><li>
Must possess good customer service and organizational skills</li><li>
Must be able to work independently and make quick decisions</li></ul>
Education and Experience<ul><li>
At least 21 years of age</li><li>
High school diploma or equivalent preferred</li><li>
Hold a valid CDL Class A driver's license with a good driving record that meets company standards</li></ul>
Physical Requirements<ul><li>
Ability to pass a DOT physical</li><li>
Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly up to 100 pounds occasionally</li><li>
Full range of motion with no limits on grasping, standing, squatting, stair climbing, walking, etc.</li><li>

Job Summary
The Benefits Coordinator will assist with employee benefit enrollment, account set-ups, workers' compensation claims, and general office administrative duties in the benefits department.
Hours and Wages<ul><li>
Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM</li><li>
Starting wage: $20.00-$22.00 per hour, based on experience</li></ul>
Duties and Responsibilities<ul><li>
Determine eligibility and completes benefit enrollment for employees</li><li>
Assist with employee account set-ups through outside vendors</li><li>
Respond to department inquiries, emails, and phone calls</li><li>
Communicate any discrepancies between the insurance adjustors and employees</li><li>
Create, modify, update, and audit department databases with proper information</li><li>
Prepare and distribute newly eligible employee and qualified life event insurance packets</li><li>
Prepare invoices for employees on company leave of absence</li><li>
Prepare incoming payments from employees for balances in arrears and COBRA participants</li><li>
Process separation related benefit material and adhere to COBRA policies while monitoring employee and dependent eligibility for group insurance plans</li><li>
Participate and assist in scheduling meetings, trainings, and special projects</li><li>
Conduct monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting</li><li>
Perform other related duties as assigned</li></ul>
