This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in office management, customer service, and administrative support while contributing to a positive workplace culture.Responsibilities<ul><li>This is a flexible position on an as needed ,basis rather than a weekly paid position</li><li>Mailing letters to prospective clients</li><li>Return calls with proper phone etiquette and take detailed messages when necessary.</li><li>Manage calendar appointments, schedule meetings, and coordinate events using tools like Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Must be familiar with mail merging documents and labels.</li><li>Perform data entry as needed and ensure accurate record-keeping for all administrative documents.</li><li>Assist with bookkeeping duties as needed using QuickBooks or similar software, including expense tracking.</li><li>Proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents to ensure clarity and accuracy before distribution.Skills</li><li>Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills.</li><li>Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications.</li><li>Familiarity with data entry and general office management practices.</li><li>Bilingual abilities are highly valued for effective communication with diverse clients and team members, but not necessary.</li><li>Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally via phone or in person.</li><li>Knowledge of bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks and basic bookkeeping principles is desirable.
