About the Role:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Faculty for Physics &amp; Mathematics who will mentor and guide a team of subject teachers delivering high-quality instruction for students in classes 9 to 12. The ideal candidate will have strong academic knowledge, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for effective teaching.Key Responsibilities:Teaching &amp; Academic Leadership<ul><li>Deliver high-quality instruction for Physics and Maths classes when required.</li><li>Plan and implement effective lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards.</li><li>Monitor, evaluate, and improve teaching methodologies across the team.</li></ul>Student Success &amp; Engagement<ul><li>Track student performance and learning outcomes.</li><li>Help design effective remediation strategies for students needing additional support.</li><li>Foster a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment.</li></ul>Curriculum &amp; Assessment<ul><li>Assist in developing or improving Physics and Maths curriculam.</li><li>Review and standardize assessments, exams, and evaluation tools.</li><li>Ensure accuracy and alignment of question papers and answer keys.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:Minimum Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s/Master&rsquo;s degree in Physics, Mathematics, Education, or related field.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Preferred: Minimum 2 years of relevant teaching experience .</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Strong subject knowledge in Physics &amp; Mathematics.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to lead, inspire, and develop a teaching team.</li><li>Organized, proactive, and student-centric mindset.</li></ul>Salary &amp; Benefits:<ul><li>Salary: Competitive &amp; based on candidate&rsquo;s experience</li><li>(Exact figures to be determined based on qualification and experience)</li><li>Professional development and training opportunities.</li><li>Leave, health benefits</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Chennai, Tamil Nadu (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
