1. Inbound Logistics &amp; Procurement (China Focus):<ul><li>Manage the entire supplier relationship and procurement process for materials sourced from China, including sourcing, price negotiation, and purchase order management.</li><li>Plan, coordinate, and supervise all international shipping activities (air, sea, land), including freight forwarding, customs brokerage, and duty management.</li><li>Ensure accurate and timely preparation of all import/export documentation (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, etc.).</li><li>Track inbound shipments and provide clear visibility on material arrival dates to the production planning team.</li></ul>2. Outbound Logistics &amp; Sales Support:<ul><li>Act as the key liaison for key clients, processing their orders, acknowledging receipts, and managing all queries related to order status and delivery schedules.</li><li>Coordinate with the Production &amp; Planning department to monitor order progress and ensure on-time delivery for customers.</li><li>Manage outbound logistics, including carrier selection, booking shipments, and providing customers with tracking information.</li><li>Prepare and share necessary commercial documents like Proforma Invoices (PIs) and shipping documents for outbound goods.</li></ul>3. Compliance &amp; Coordination:<ul><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer-specific IATF 16949 compliance requirements, coordinating with the Quality team on PPAPs and documentation.</li><li>Ensure all logistics and sales processes adhere to internal and external quality standards.</li><li>Liaise effectively with internal departments including Production, Quality Assurance, Finance, and Sales.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills Required:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience of 5+ years in a combined role managing both import procurement (especially from China) and customer-facing logistics/sales support.</li><li>Essential: In-depth, hands-on knowledge of international shipping (Incoterms), customs clearance, and import/export documentation.</li><li>Experience with IATF 16949 is a significant advantage.</li><li>Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills.</li><li>Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office.</li><li>Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and supervise the entire order-to-delivery cycle.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
