Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards. Your attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall appearance of our vehicles and ensuring a positive experience for our customers.Responsibilities<ul><li>Operate a fully equipped mobile unit, manage a daily schedule of detailing appointments, and build lasting relationships with clients by delivering a premium customer experience.</li><li>Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, both interior and exterior, including vacuuming, washing, waxing, and buffing surfaces.</li><li>Utilize appropriate cleaning products and techniques to achieve optimal results while maintaining vehicle integrity.</li><li>Conduct inspections of vehicles to identify areas requiring additional attention or repairs.</li><li>Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring their needs are met throughout the detailing process.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.</li><li>Increase customer satisfaction and business profitability through effective sales and upselling strategies.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Previous experience in automotive detailing or car wash services is preferred.</li><li>Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.</li><li>Familiarity with various cleaning techniques, including buffing and janitorial practices.</li><li>Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required for vehicle handling.</li><li>Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
