<ul><li>Review and study BOQ and contract at the start phase of project.</li><li>Attends Project Kick-Off Meeting.</li><li>Prepare the baseline and tender stage tentative program.</li><li>Prepare and review of the project program as per client received baseline program.</li><li>Prepare sub-contractor project program and issue to the project team for following up.</li><li>Update weekly project program and issue to the Operations Manager for review and approval.</li><li>Review and submit the weekly reports to the Operations Manager for review and approval.</li><li>Upon obtaining the approval of Operations Manager, issue the weekly reports to clients.</li><li>Attending the Weekly Project progress meetings (PPM's) and recording the minutes of meeting.</li><li>Knowledge of recording minutes of meeting.</li><li>Reviewing the procurement tracker and providing the target dates to the procurement department.</li><li>Co-ordinating with the project managers for any labor acceleration program required.</li><li>Prepare the acceleration program as per the requirement.</li><li>Prepare and issue the recovery program as per the project requirement.</li><li>Project tracking as per the project schedule during site visit and ensure that all the activities are ongoing as per project program.</li><li>Any Delay of activity to be recorded and program to be updated.</li><li>Review Variation Order's and Conformation of Verbal Instruction's for any time impact.</li><li>Prepare Extension of time (EOT) claims and submit to the Operations Manager for review and approval.</li><li>Prepare the labor histogram as per project requirement and issue to the project team.</li><li>Prepare and maintain the quarterly look-ahead resource plan, and submit it to the Operations Manager for weekly review.</li><li>Prepare the cash flow charts and issue to Operations Manager for review and approval.</li><li>Review and update the project dashboard and provide look ahead activities.</li><li>Experience in Project Contracts will be an added advantage.</li></ul><p>Requirements:</p><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.</li><li>3&ndash;6 years of experience as a Planning Engineer, preferably in <b>interior fit-out</b> or MEP.</li><li>Strong knowledge of interior fit-out sequence, materials, procurement timelines, and authority requirements.</li><li>Proficient in <b>Primavera P6</b> and/or <b>MS Project</b>.</li><li>Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li></ul><p>Interested candidates kindly share their resume to krishna@spenceri.com mentioning your current and expected salary.</p><p>Job Type: Full-time</p>

Senior Planning Engineer

<p>We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager &ndash; Joinery to oversee and manage all aspects of joinery production. The role involves planning, organizing, and supervising workshop operations to ensure projects are executed efficiently, on time, and to the highest quality standards. The Production Manager will lead a large team of foremen, supervisors, and carpenters, ensuring smooth workflow, resource optimization, and adherence to company policies and safety standards.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Manage and oversee the entire joinery production department, including planning, scheduling, and execution of production activities.</li><li>Supervise foremen, chargehands, and carpenters to ensure efficient use of manpower, machinery, and materials.</li><li>Review project drawings, specifications, and production requirements; coordinate with design and project teams for clarifications.</li><li>Ensure cutting lists, material take-offs, and shop drawings are prepared accurately and in a timely manner.</li><li>Monitor daily production progress and ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.</li><li>Implement and enforce strict quality control measures across all production stages.</li><li>Optimize workflow to maximize efficiency and reduce wastage.</li><li>Liaise with procurement, design, and project management teams to ensure smooth coordination.</li><li>Ensure health, safety, and environmental regulations are implemented and followed in the workshop.</li><li>Train, mentor, and develop the production team to enhance technical and managerial capabilities.</li><li>Maintain detailed reports on production performance, manpower, and resource utilization.</li><li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and competitiveness.</li></ul><p>Requirements:</p><ul><li><b>10&ndash;15 years of experience</b> in joinery production, with at least <b>5 years in a managerial role</b> in the UAE.</li><li>Strong technical knowledge of joinery, carpentry, finishes, and related production processes.</li><li>Proven experience in managing large-scale joinery workshops and teams.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret architectural and joinery shop drawings.</li><li>Strong organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems and production planning tools.</li></ul><p>Interested candidates please send your cv at samson@spenceri.com mentioning your current and expected salary.</p><p>Job Type: Full-time</p>
