<p><br></p><div><div><div><span><b>Key Responsibilities :<br></b> <br>  Provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support.<br>  Handle incoming emails and correspondence professionally.<br>  Assist in preparing letters and internal communications if required.<br>  Organize and maintain company records, employee files and databases.<br>  Support HR and PRO teams with documentation, visa processing, and onboarding activities when necessary.<br>  Assist in translation of documents from English to Arabic.<br>  Perform additional office tasks and responsibilities assigned by management.<br> <br><b>Requirements :<br></b> <br>  Must be a UAE National (Emirati).<br>  High school diploma or bachelor's degree.<br>  Prior experience in administration, office support is an advantage (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).<br>  Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).<br>  Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.<br>  Professional, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.<br>  Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.</span>
