Responsibilities</b></p><p>
We're looking for an <b>eCommerce Customer Experience Manager</b> to shape and execute online strategies, with a focus on driving revenue through promotions and marketing campaigns. Key duties include analyzing data to optimize the user experience, and coordinating digital marketing channels to increase traffic, conversion, and overall sales. This role requires strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions and a deep understanding of eCommerce best practices.</p><p></p><p><b>
Key responsibilities</b></p><ul>
<li>Strategy and planning: Develop and execute an online marketing and sales strategy, aligning it with the company's overall business objectives.</li>
<li>Promotions management: Create and manage promotional campaigns, sales events, and pricing strategies to drive purchase intent.</li>
<li>Data analysis: Analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and site analytics to identify trends and inform data-driven decisions.</li>
<li>Digital marketing: Coordinate digital marketing activities, including SEO, PPC, social media, SMS, and email marketing campaigns.</li>
<li>User experience: Manage site experiences, A/B testing, and optimization tools to improve usability, enhance engagement and drive performance.</li>
<li>Collaboration: Work with other departments, such as Marketing &amp; Merchandising, to align on promotions, personalization, and testing initiatives.</li>
<li>Performance tracking: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), customer data, and emerging trends to identify insights, experience improvements, and new growth opportunities.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Vendor Management: Oversee vendor relationships to maximize account management and platform value.</li>

Qualifications</b></p><ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or University; or three to five years related ecommerce experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience</li>
<li>To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Experience with web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics
</li><li>In-depth knowledge of ecommerce analytics, including emerging trends</li>
<li>Analytical problem-solving skills</li>
<li>Transferring brand objectives into creative strategies and executions</li>
<li>Experience working with UX/Digital Creative teams</li>
<li>Ability to adjust in a fast-paced and creative environment</li>
<li>Works well under pressure and timelines</li>
<li>Excellent organizational skills and extremely detail oriented</li>
<li>Team player with a positive &quot;can-do&quot; attitude, strong verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li>Excellent interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Comfortable working with a wide variety of products and trends</li>
