 Patient Care Coordinator
 
 where you'll be the first point of contact for our patients. We're seeking a detail-oriented professional who can create a positive first impression while efficiently managing administrative responsibilities to ensure our clinic runs smoothly and our patients feel valued from the moment they walk through our doors.

 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Greet and check in patients, verifying insurance and collecting required documentation
 </li>
 <li>
 Schedule and confirm appointments, managing the therapists' calendars effectively
 </li>
 <li>
 Answer phones professionally and direct calls appropriately
 </li>
 <li>
 Process patient payments and manage daily financial transactions
 </li>
 <li>
 Verify insurance benefits and obtain necessary authorizations
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage electronic medical records and ensure patient information is accurate and up-to-date
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with clinical staff regarding patient flow and scheduling
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle general office duties including patient documents and supply management
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with insurance claims processing as needed
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 1-2 years of medical office or customer service experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare office procedures
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency with electronic medical records systems and practice management software
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Outstanding organizational abilities and attention to detail
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Professional appearance and positive, friendly demeanor
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of medical insurance and billing procedures preferred
