 to lead the organization&rsquo;s performance management and rewards programs. This role encompasses the full
 
 KPI/KPO cycle

 bonus and incentive administration

 data-driven insights
 
 to senior management. You will collaborate with VPs and the CEO, gaining exposure and opportunities to grow into a
 
 subject matter expert
 
 in Performance &amp; Rewards.
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities

 Manage the
 
 annual performance management cycle
 
 &ndash; KPI/KPO setting, monitoring, and reviews.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support
 
 bonus, incentive, and reward allocations
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and maintain
 
 Excel trackers and performance dashboards
 
 for reporting purposes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide
 
 data-driven insights and reports
 
 to HR and leadership.
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with HR and business leaders to ensure consistent and transparent practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in the
 
 design and implementation of a digital performance management system
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify opportunities to
 
 improve processes
 
 and enhance the effectiveness of performance and reward programs.
