 Key Responsibilities
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage the receipt, storage, and issuance of raw materials, trims, accessories, and finished goods.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile physical stock with ERP/system records.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor material movement across all production stages, from raw fabric to finished garments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with production and design teams to ensure material availability based on Bill of Materials (BOM).
 </li>
 <li>
 Organize warehouse layout for maximum efficiency and space utilization.
 </li>
 <li>
 Supervise warehouse/store staff and oversee daily operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct stock audits, cycle counts, and investigate inventory discrepancies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate documentation for all inventory transactions, including GRNs, delivery challans, and issue slips.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with vendors and logistics partners for timely deliveries and dispatches.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure quality checks on incoming materials and outgoing finished products.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain safety, cleanliness, and organizational standards within the warehouse.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare regular inventory, stock aging, and replenishment reports for management.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 What We're Looking For in You:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 3&ndash;6 years of experience in warehouse, store, or inventory management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Previous experience within the textile, garment, fashion manufacturing, or retail industry is essential.
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience with ERP or inventory management systems;
 
 Odoo experience is highly preferred

 Strong knowledge of inventory control, stock management, and warehouse operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience tracking material movement throughout manufacturing processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent organizational, documentation, and record-keeping skills.

 Strong leadership and team supervision abilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Good communication skills in English and Urdu.
 </li>

 Ability to work on the warehouse floor and manage day-to-day operational activities.

 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure accuracy of import documentation, including Letters of Credit (LCs), Bills of Lading, Certificates of Analysis (COAs), and related shipping documents.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and maintain relationships with international suppliers, freight forwarders, and shipping lines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Negotiate freight rates and optimize transportation and logistics costs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor inbound shipments and provide accurate delivery timelines to internal stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and stock reconciliation processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Implement inventory control measures to reduce aging stock and improve inventory turnover.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate just-in-time (JIT) deliveries to meet customer production schedules.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify opportunities to reduce landed costs through improved logistics planning and shipment consolidation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with the finance team on import payment planning, cash flow forecasting, and Letters of Credit.
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive continuous improvements across supply chain processes and operational performance.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 What We're Looking For:

 8&ndash;12 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Import Operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Industry experience within Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals, FMCG, or Agri-Commodity Trading is preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong expertise in WEBOC, customs clearance, and import/export documentation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP Business One, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of Incoterms 2020 and international freight management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related discipline.
 </li>
 <li>
 MBA or professional certifications such as CSCP or equivalent are an added advantage.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent analytical, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of Pakistan customs regulations and Karachi port operations.
 </li>
