We are currently looking for a highly organized and dependable Logistics Associate to join our Warehouse Operations team. This role is key to ensuring the efficient coordination of deliveries, inventory, and supplier communication. What you'll do
<ul>
<li>Organize and coordinate deliveries, ensuring all materials are prepared and scheduled properly</li>
<li>Track shipments, resolve delivery issues, and maintain communication with drivers and customers</li>
<li>Work with suppliers to confirm orders, handle backorders, and monitor delivery timelines</li>
<li>Support inventory control and replenishment efforts, including audits and reordering</li>
<li>Assist in loading/unloading trailers and ensure materials are tagged and staged appropriately</li>
<li>Maintain accurate delivery and shipment documentation, including logs and spreadsheets</li>
<li>Coordinate buildout materials and customization needs with the warehouse and cutting team</li>
<li>Perform quality control checks on materials prior to shipment</li>
<li>Resolve issues with delivery delays, damages, or customer concerns</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with safety procedures and participate in training as required</li>
<li>Provide internal and external communication regarding logistics statuses and updates</li>
<li>Support continuous improvement initiatives for smoother logistics operations</li>
<li>All other duties as assigned</li>
</ul>
Who you are
<ul>
<li>Detail-oriented and proactive with excellent organizational skills</li>
<li>Experienced in inventory, warehouse operations, or delivery logistics</li>
<li>Excellent communicator with internal teams, vendors, and customers</li>
<li>Able to manage multiple deliveries and coordinate logistics efficiently</li>
<li>Problem-solver with a positive attitude and strong follow-through</li>
<li>Familiar with warehouse safety and material handling protocols</li>
<li>Tech-savvy and comfortable using tracking software and inventory spreadsheets</li>
</ul>
