*Local candidates will be preferred.*<ul><li>Assist in sourcing and procuring construction materials and supplies.</li><li>Manage purchase orders, vendor communication, and follow up on deliveries at site.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of all purchasing transactions and inventory of site.</li><li>Check approved indent in ERP on daily basis.</li><li>Follow up for quotation with suppliers.</li><li>Prepare the comparative statement of the received quotation.</li><li>Create the Purchase order in ERP.</li><li>Follow up with supplier, stores and transporter for the timely delivery of materials at site.</li><li>Coordination with stores and accounts department for arrangement of cash payment to transporter from the site.</li><li>New source management as per new requirement.</li><li>Maintain and update procurement documentation and reports.</li><li>Each report should be submitted to Head Office on regular basis.</li></ul>Experience: 2 to 5 Years in Construction field Education: Graduation* Location: Mehsana, GujaratJob Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
