Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plan</li><li>
Drive room revenue, market share, and profitability across corporate, government, and leisure segments</li><li>
Manage, develop, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and departmental targets</li><li>
Identify, negotiate, and maintain key accounts while actively sourcing new business opportunities</li><li>
Conduct high-level sales calls, site inspections, client presentations, and networking activities</li><li>
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, action plans, and performance reports</li><li>
Work closely with Revenue Management, Marketing, and Operations to optimize commercial performance</li><li>
Ensure full compliance with IHG brand standards, systems, and commercial policies</li></ul>
What we need from you<ul><li>
Proven experience as Senior Sales Manager, or similar role in a premium or upscale hotel</li><li>
Strong understanding of the Qatar hospitality market, including corporate and government segments</li><li>
Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities</li><li>
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills</li><li>
Strategic, results-driven mindset with strong organizational skills</li><li>

Senior Sales Manager

<div>Your Day to Day
We love creating memorable dining experiences for our guests, and we&rsquo;re looking for an Sous Chef &ndash; Arabic Cuisine who shares that passion. If you enjoy preparing authentic Arabic cuisine, leading a kitchen team, and maintaining high culinary standards, this could be the perfect role for you.
In this position, you&rsquo;ll work closely with the Head Chef to keep the kitchen running smoothly, support the team during service, and ensure every dish leaving the kitchen reflects quality and consistency.
What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Support the Head Chef in guiding and motivating the kitchen team.</li><li>Prepare and oversee authentic Arabic dishes, ensuring great taste, quality, and presentation.</li><li>Make sure all ingredients and stations are ready before service begins.</li><li>Work closely with the service team to ensure orders are prepared and delivered on time.</li><li>Help manage the daily kitchen operations, especially during busy service periods.</li><li>Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP practices.</li><li>Ensure proper food storage, temperature control, and cleanliness in the kitchen.</li><li>Assist with menu ideas, especially for Arabic specialties and seasonal dishes.</li><li>Support inventory control, stock rotation, and minimizing food waste.</li><li>Help train and guide junior kitchen staff to maintain consistent standards.</li></ul>
What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>A diploma in Culinary Arts or Hospitality, or similar hands-on experience in a Luxury hotel or restaurant kitchen.</li><li>Experience ideally with a focus on Arabic cuisine.</li><li>Good knowledge of traditional Arabic cooking methods and ingredients.</li><li>Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.</li><li>Experience with basic stock control and kitchen organization.</li><li>Good communication in English, and Arabic is a strong advantage.</li><li>A team player who enjoys leading by example and supporting others.</li><li>Organized, calm under pressure, and passionate about great food.</li></ul>

Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, POS systems, and other IT equipment</li><li>
Monitor and maintain network performance and security systems</li><li>
Troubleshoot system errors and implement timely solutions</li><li>
Support hotel systems such as PMS, POS, and office applications</li><li>
Ensure data backup, antivirus, and system updates are properly maintained</li><li>
Maintain IT inventory and documentation</li><li>
Assist in IT projects and system upgrades as required</li><li>
Train staff on basic IT usage and cybersecurity awareness</li><li>
Coordinate with vendors and service providers when needed</li></ul>
What we need from you<ul><li>
Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Computer Science or IT or related field
</li><li>4 years&rsquo; related experience or with computer set-up and troubleshooting
</li><li>Working knowledge of networks and operating systems and databases</li><li>
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
</li><li>Knowledge in PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards)
</li><li>Great communication skills
