Job Brief:We are looking for an enthusiastic female preschool teacher to foster and facilitate the intellectual and social development of the children. Teaching in kindergarten includes planning, implementing and assessing lessons. You will teach children with patience and creativity. Female Preschool Teacher duties include supporting the class teacher, handling activities indoor &amp; outdoor and instructional methods to motivate children.Responsibilities and Duties:<ul><li>Follow a complete teaching plan on a daily basis.</li><li>Organize learning material and resources.</li><li>Use a variety of activities and instructional methods (songs, stories, media, structured games, art, outdoor activities etc) to motivate and stimulate children&rsquo;s abilities.</li><li>Maintain an open line of communication with parents and provide appropriate information during PTM&rsquo;s.</li><li>Assess each student on a regular basis for their performance and progress to ensure they are mastering the skills.</li><li>Monitor children&rsquo;s interactions and nurture cooperation and sharing.</li><li>Cooperate with administration and management.</li><li>Adherence to policies of school and ensure compliance at all times.</li><li>Follow and comply with teaching standards and safety regulations</li></ul>Qualifications and Skills:<ul><li>Proven working experience as a kindergarten teacher, kindergarten assistant or teacher aide</li><li>Knowledge of child development and latest education theories and practices.</li><li>Creative and artistic teaching abilities.</li><li>Teaching and organisation skills.</li><li>Patience and flexibility.</li><li>Must have Strong communication skills &ndash; English &amp; Tamil.</li><li>Ability to teach Hindi will be an added advantage.</li><li>Graduate degree with/ without Montessori certificate.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Minimum working duration.</li><li>Predefined curriculum, ease to conduct the classroom.</li></ul>Speak to our KIDZEE Team+91 97903 70299Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Teaching: 1 year (Required)</li><li>Making lesson plans: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
