For MAN bus manufacturing plant in Ankara we are looking for you as Resident System Engineer. This role serves as the primary technical liaison between Spheros and MAN&rsquo;s engineering and production departments. The position is responsible for managing technical coordination, supporting product applications, and ensuring seamless communication between the OEM site and our internal R&amp;D, Quality, and Production teams.
These challenges await you:
<ul><li>Establish, maintain and develop strong professional relationships with MAN's R&amp;D, production, quality and technical departments
</li><li>Collect and communicate and technical requirements to the R&amp;D team
</li><li>Act as the on-site technical representative , ensuring clear communication and coordination between MAN and internal teams
</li><li>Prepare and deliver technical proposals , documentation, and sign-off packages in alignment with customer and internal requirements
</li><li>Support the application and integration of existing HVAC and thermal management systems into MAN vehicles, including structures, materials, electrical interfaces, and control systems
</li><li>Support product releases , BOMs, Scope of Delivery (SOD), and mechanical installation documentation
</li><li>Support daily OEM plant activities such as technical meetings, issue resolution, and training sessions
</li><li>Assist in technical project initiation , preparation, and execution in coordination with R&amp;D and Sales
</li><li>Manage and update technical data for customer-specific models and configurations
</li><li>Support product lifecycle management , including validation, modification, and variant phase-out processes
</li><li>Coordinate and review i.e. cable harnesses , electrical diagrams and HVAC interfaces where required.
</li><li>Ensure technical compliance of HVAC systems integration between SPHEROS and MAN
</li><li>Support the implementation and validation of software and system functionality at the OEM site and headquarters
</li><li>Provide regular written reports and technical updates to management
</li></ul>You inspire with us that:
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering (or a related discipline)
</li><li>Minimum 6 years of professional experience , preferably within the automotive or bus manufacturing industry
</li><li>Ideally good understanding of HVAC or Thermal Management systems , mechanical and electrical integration
</li><li>Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
</li><li>Strong customer orientation, proactive approach and ability to manage multiple technical interfaces
</li><li>High sense of ownership, problem-solving ability, and structured working style
</li><li>Willingness to be based full-time at MAN Ankara and to travel occasionally (domestic and international) for technical coordination
</li><li>Experience with CAD tools , BOM systems , and documentation software is an advantage

For our site in Esenyurt, Istanbul we are looking for you as Project Buyer (m/f/d)
These challenges await you:
<ul><li>Coordinate purchasing activities within interdisciplinary development teams &mdash; from project kick-off, early supplier involvement and price negotiations through to series production readiness
</li><li>Develop bidder lists and sourcing plans in collaboration with the commodity managers
</li><li>Prepare analytical evaluations to support purchasing decisions and present them to the Sourcing Committee (SoCo)
</li><li>Initiate and implement targeted measures to reduce material costs
</li><li>Conduct global sourcing activities in cooperation with international purchasing teams
</li><li>Prepare and support supplier relocations
</li><li>Identify and approve new suppliers
</li><li>Support supplier development activities
</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:
<ul><li>Successfully completed degree in engineering, business administration or a comparable field of study
</li><li>At least two years of professional experience in purchasing, ideally within an industrial environment
</li><li>Results-oriented and structured way of working
</li><li>Strong negotiation skills, assertiveness and a high degree of personal responsibility and initiative
</li><li>Professional competence combined with strong communication and teamwork skills
</li><li>Confident use of PCs and MS Office applications; experience with SAP R/3 is an advantage
</li><li>Fluent written and spoken German and English
</li><li>Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
</li><li>Enjoy working in an international environment
