```Job Overview: We are seeking a friendly and organized office manager / Insurance Coordinator to join our team at Sphinx Dental, MUST HAVE DENTAL EXPERIENCE . As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and creating a positive impression for our visitors and clients. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and experience submitting and processing claims.Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Provide accurate information about our products, services, and company policies - Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members-Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages - Assist with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as needed-Management of all financial aspects of a practice-Managing insurance claims - Assist with inventory management and ordering office suppliesQualifications: - Previous experience working in a dental office is a must - Strong proofreading skills with excellent attention to detail - Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple phone lines - Excellent phone etiquette and professional communication skills - Strong data entry skills with accuracy and speed - Ability to coordinate projects and prioritize tasks effectivelyIf you are a motivated individual with excellent organizational skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you.
