The candidate must be willing to handle multi-industry clients and grow with our team for the long term.Key ResponsibilitiesROC &amp; Companies Act Compliance You will be required to independently handle ROC compliance for 60+ companies, including:<ul><li>Annual filings &ndash; AOC-4, MGT-7, MGT-14, DIR-3 KYC</li></ul><ul><li>Board Meetings &amp; Minutes</li></ul><ul><li>Preparing Notices, Resolutions, Registers</li></ul><ul><li>Incorporation of companies, LLP formation, amendments</li></ul><ul><li>Share allotments, transfers, buyback, capital changes</li></ul><ul><li>Maintaining statutory records FDI &amp; FEMA Compliance Handling compliance for Indian subsidiaries &amp; foreign investors:</li></ul><ul><li>FC-GPR, FC-TRS filings</li></ul><ul><li>FLA return filing</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
